Can't sell or merge because the tutorial locked me into only being able to click on the box, but since there is no space left over so it doesn't work.
Found it thanks to google assistant:
I softlocked the game by filling up all the space with anal plugs. The tutorial wants me to use the sex toy box to create a tail but I can't do that because it won't let me clear space by merging the anal plugs.
